Terms & conditions

These terms govern the services provided by TMP Group LTD (operating as "WebWizr") to business clients.

1. Scope

WebWizr provides services in web design, web development, SEO, AI optimisation, video editing and translations. The exact scope is defined in the individual offer.

2. Offer, pricing & payment

Offers are valid for 30 days. All prices are in Euro, plus applicable VAT. One-off projects: 50 % deposit at order, 50 % on delivery. Monthly retainers: payable in advance on a monthly basis, minimum term 3 months, then month-to-month with cancellation at the end of the current month.

3. Client cooperation

The client provides necessary inputs (copy, images, access) in good time. Delays in providing materials extend the delivery date accordingly.

4. License

Upon full payment the client receives a non-exclusive, transferable usage right to the delivered works. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence WebWizr is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited in amount to the typical foreseeable damage.

6. Governing law & venue

Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The venue for merchants is Troyan, Bulgaria.
