Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how we process personal data on webwizr.eu. The data controller is TMP Group LTD (see imprint).

What we process

• Server logs: on every request our host stores IP, timestamp, user agent and requested URL. Retention: max. 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and stability).
• Contact form / email: we process the information you provide in order to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Retention: until the inquiry is closed, then per applicable commercial-law retention periods.

Cookies & analytics

webwizr.eu uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Only strictly necessary cookies are set (e.g. for the language preference).

Hosting

Our host is located within the EU. A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Please write to info@webwizr.eu.

Right to complain

You may file a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Ours is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria (cpdp.bg).
